During our recent romantic escape, we were impressed with the superb breakfast on offer. the choice of hot and cold items was excellent, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. the rooms were comfortable and well equipped, with a lovely balcony to enjoy the view. the location was ideal for exploring the area, with excellent transport links and plenty of local amenities. we enjoyed a fantastic stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to others.
There were a few minor issues that detracted from our experience. the lack of air-conditioning made the room quite stuffy and uncomfortable, particularly at night.

The hotel's location is quite far from the city center, making it a bit difficult to get around. You'll need to use public transport to reach the tram station. the hotel's quiet surroundings are perfect for those who want to de-stress from the hustle and bustle of the city. the hotel rooms are nicely decorated and equipped with modern amenities, including a flat-screen TV and free internet access. the restaurant serves an excellent breakfast buffet and dinners.
The hotel's restaurant was a bit limited in terms of food options after 10 pm.

Staff and facilities are excellent - the restaurant is also excellent - if you have a car this is an ideal location. It is not far from the city centre but a car is essential.

I recently stayed at this hotel and I was very impressed with my experience. The staff were incredibly friendly and spoke English fluently, which made communication easy. Even though I arrived late at night, they warmly welcomed me and made me feel right at home. The rooms were beautifully clean and well-maintained, providing a comfortable and relaxing environment. I especially loved the fact that the bed had a mattress that was not too soft, perfect for a great night's sleep. The breakfast was exceptional, with a menu that allowed you to choose your preferences and the talented chefs would prepare it for you. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would definitely come back again.
This hotel is highly recommended.

Rooms were very clean, hotel is new. Nice the cultural heritage from the coal mine.
Standard of furniture, consistence of breakfast, the fact that all services close at 22-23, the absence of a lobby area and the rest makes it a three star hotel, with the plus of the new structure.
